Site Reliability Developer 3

Join Oracle's SaaS Engineering Organization as part of the Frontline Technical Services (FTS) Team, where you'll provide enterprise-wide DevOps support for production systems across varied platforms including Oracle SaaS@Customer, Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer(DRCC), Taleo and Responsys. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, focusing on supporting application development teams and database production across traditional and cloud platforms like OCI.

As a Site Reliability Developer 3, you'll be responsible for solving complex infrastructure cloud services problems and building automation to prevent recurrence. You'll design and develop architectures for large-scale distributed systems, while facilitating service capacity planning and performance analysis. The position requires deep understanding of Basic Cloud Concepts (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and involves working in 24x7 shifts.
