Site Reliability Developer 3

Oracle is seeking a Site Reliability Developer 3 to join their team. This role involves solving complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and building automation to prevent problem recurrence. You'll design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. The position requires collaboration with various engineering teams in Oracle Netsuite Cloud Operations to support, design, and implement tooling and automation platforms. Daily responsibilities include resolving site incidents at various levels of cloud infrastructure, from network and OS to application issues. You'll need to understand end-to-end configurations, technical dependencies, and behavioral characteristics of production services. The role also involves partnering with development teams to improve service architecture, developing automation for repetitive tasks, and providing troubleshooting input during major customer-impacting events. You'll work fully in Linux terminal and use monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch. This position is part of a 24x7 Follow the Sun Operational coverage roster.
