Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is seeking a Citrix Subject-matter Expert (SME) for their Oracle Health Hosted (OHH) EMEA team. The position involves supporting Oracle Millennium product infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and security. Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer - Citrix

  • Product ownership of OHH client support team infrastructure
  • Understanding end-to-end configuration and technical dependencies
  • Ensure products and systems are designed for availability and incident-free operation
  • Partner with IP and development teams in shaping product architecture improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Implement and maintain security operations and vulnerability remediation
  • Automate processes and eliminate technical debt
  • Act as escalation point for complex or critical issues
  • Represent OHH Presentation Product Operations in forums

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer - Citrix

  • 5+ Years of Experience Managing Complex IT Systems
  • Strong experience in Citrix infrastructure & technologies
  • ITIL and/or Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certifications
  • Experience with Unix and Windows OS
  • Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
  • Experience with load balancing technologies (F5, Nginx)
  • Proficiency in coding languages (Python, Java, Javascript, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Experience with configuration management tools
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines including GitHub
  • Container administration and development experience
  • Cloud experience (AWS, OCI, Azure)
  • IT security and compliance knowledge
