Software Developer 2

Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Position requires:

• Systems/application development: web application development, mobile application development, and system software development
• Network programming
• Embedded systems: automotive infotainment systems and industrial automation solutions – sensors and PLCs
• C/C++ and Python
• Linux
• C programming, network protocol implementation, and network packet process
• Kernel development
• CICD environments
• Agile Development
• Prior cloud experience
