Software Developer 2

Oracle is seeking a Software Developer 2 to join their team in Redwood City, CA. As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to develop, debug, and design software applications or operating systems according to provided specifications. You'll be responsible for building enhancements within existing software architecture and suggesting improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, troubleshooting, and testing/QA software
• Building enhancements within existing software architecture
• Suggesting improvements to the architecture

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proficiency in Java 8, SQL, data structures and algorithms
• Experience with object-oriented design patterns, REST APIs, JSON, and Postman
• Knowledge of Cloud Services and Agile team processes
• Skill in automated software testing with Junit and Mockito
