Oracle Analytics is seeking a Software Developer 2 to join their Big Data Service team. This role is part of Oracle's complete analytics platform that supports cloud-native services and on-premises solutions. The position focuses on building and maintaining Oracle's fully managed, automated cloud service for Hadoop-based data lakes.

The role involves working with large-scale distributed systems and highly available services, specifically within the Oracle Big Data Service team. You'll be instrumental in developing systems for monitoring and managing cloud-native services, working with OCI's native infrastructure, and maintaining high availability of services.

As a Software Developer 2, you'll work on innovative new systems from the ground up, with significant opportunities for technical and business impact. The position requires expertise in Java and Python programming, with a focus on performance optimization and cloud technologies.
