As a manager, you'll be responsible for building and enhancing software architecture, collaborating with multiple teams including OHRM, Product, Secure Engineering, and Developer Tools. Responsibilities For Software Development Manager
- Manage a team that creates developer efficiency tooling
- Work with OCI DevOps tooling to automate developer workflows
- Enable adherence to OHRM best practices
- Apply software architecture knowledge to manage software development tasks
- Build enhancements within existing software architecture
- Work with multiple OHAI groups including ORHM, Product, Secure Engineering and Developer Tools
Requirements For Software Development Manager
- Knowledge of modern CI patterns and Declarative pipeline patterns
- Experience with OCI and OCI DevOps
- Experience with Jenkins for CI and task automation
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Working collaboratively to solve complex technical problems
