Software Development Manager-OCI Storage

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Storage team is seeking a senior lead software engineer or junior level software engineering manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, focusing on Cloud Storage and metadata services. The position requires managing a small team of developers, providing mentorship, guiding product direction, and conducting system/code reviews. As part of a large enterprise product organization, you'll work on building and operating massive scale, integrated cloud services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment. The role offers unique opportunities to tackle significant technical challenges in distributed systems and storage while having a meaningful impact on customer-critical applications.
