- Lead the development of advanced Gen AI solutions using ML technologies
- Work directly with key customers on their Gen AI journey
- Lead proof-of-value and quantify business impact
- Manage and lead team, conducting regular 1x1s and providing feedback
- Build re-usable solution patterns and reference solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Gen AI projects
- Be a product evangelist - engage with customers and present at events
Requirements For Software Development Senior Director - AI Service
- Bachelors or master's in computer science engineering, Mathematics or equivalent technical field with 12+ years of experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in Cloud Solutions Engineering
- Experience with OpenSearch, Vector databases, PostgreSQL and Kafka Streaming
- Practical experience with LLM and generative AI technologies
