Software Development Snr Director

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data and AI Services organization is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the development of critical Cloud Services. This role combines technical leadership with strategic planning, requiring 15+ years of software development experience and 10+ years in Cloud Operations. The position involves managing multiple engineering teams, setting technical direction for the Managed Data Platform, and driving innovation in OCI data services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, preferably in a multinational organization, with a proven track record of leading large teams. Strong expertise in Data Services (Big Data, Analytics, NoSQL, OLTP) is essential, along with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
