Software Development Snr Manager

Our group is focused on developing a leading Smart Cloud platform for our customers in project-intensive industries. Our products serve as a Cloud based digital collaboration platform for supporting Document Management, Design Coordination, Jobsite Mobility, Project Controls and Project Analytics. We leverage an agile development methodology (Scrum) to facilitate the development of our products. Our development practices include empowered Scrum teams, continuous build and integration, regular sprint reviews, and a heavy emphasis on testing early and often.

As a Senior Engineering leader, you will be responsible for:

• Owning Enterprise class Cloud Native SaaS product development end-to-end and leading a team of 10-15 members
• Re-imagining architectural roadmap for microservices based platform and evangelize technical decisions
• Defining product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Product Strategy & Customer Interfacing groups
• Managing Cloud product releases, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Championing agile methodologies and latest development techniques
• Building and sustaining product engineering team(s)

Key Skills:

• Expertise in building multi-tenant SaaS products with high scalability, availability, and extensibility
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and interact with globally distributed teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring a strong team of engineers, architects, and managers

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in product development for Enterprise customers
• Knowledge of modern technology stack (Java, JavaScript, React, Microservices, Oracle DB, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and automation testing frameworks
• B.E/B.Tech degree from a reputed Engineering Institute
