As a Senior Principal Clinical Informaticist at Oracle Health, we are seeking you to partner with product professionals, data scientists and engineering to build content normalize data to standard terminologies.
Career Level - IC5
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, data models to align with the business implement strategy downstream
- Create and maintain validity of data mappings and ontology groupings across multiple standard terminologies and specialty domains
- Experience with R, Python, SQL
- Working knowledge and experience with the cloud (OCI, GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Analyze clinical data for semantic equivalence, patterns and characteristics
- Mentor and assist other team members
- Query databases to investigate and improve clinical data from different repos whether that is EHR or non-EHR
- Partner with teams around findings with clinical data and clinical workflows
- Normalize EHR data to standardize code systems
- Assist to the ETL of learning basic programming tools and technologies
