Description For Sr Technical Project Manager

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate Cloud Migration projects. This role is crucial in developing patient-and provider-centric solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models to create people-centric healthcare experiences. The TPM will be responsible for coordinating work with the Oracle Health Hosting Integrated Technology team, defining project specifications, performing assessments, and managing implementation processes. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of cloud methodologies, and the ability to work with various stakeholders. Responsibilities For Sr Technical Project Manager

  • Providing project management for large cloud and on-site products with thousands of servers/containers
  • Driving technical projects involving service and application migrations
  • Perform daily audits of project status with engineers
  • Coordinate and action security response incident tickets
  • Manage and document security vulnerability initiatives
  • Perform Jira and sprint audits for project completion
  • Work with OHH Integrated Technology teams on new automation
  • Support client/customer Cloud Migration timelines
  • Work with client TAM/TPMs to coordinate escalations
  • Complete hardware provisioning and/or reclaims

Requirements For Sr Technical Project Manager

Kubernetes
  • Must be a proficient Jira/Confluence user/poweruser
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills
  • Associates/Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Customer Service/Satisfaction experience
  • Information Technology experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen
