Responsibilities For Support Integration Architect
- Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy
- Track and implement standard recommendations for aligned clients
- Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues
- Analyze performance metrics and identify domain stability improvement strategies
- Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility
- Manage client relationships and system health
Requirements For Support Integration Architect
- At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 1 year of healthcare information technology consulting or support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with CCL and ad hoc investigations
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Must be able to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
