A Technical Account Manager will be working in a team that provides managed services, as well as collaborative support services with customers, to large clients using our products on-premises or in the cloud. These services include remote monitoring, incident response, partial system operation outsourcing, and other types of support.

Role & Responsibility In providing monitoring services and operational outsourcing for mission-critical systems, you will take the lead in resolving operational issues and compile the technical information necessary for stable operations, making proposals and managing services for customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining service contracts and creating opportunities for new proposals to assigned clients. These tasks will be carried out in collaboration with customers and stakeholders, including global internal members (operations technicians, product support/development engineers, product managers, and sales representatives). You will maintain smooth communication with customers, enhance satisfaction with the services provided, and contribute to the organization's business.
