Technical Analyst 1-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 1-Support to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves conducting investigations on front-end applications and performing backend troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in application support with strong SQL knowledge. The position requires working flexible shifts, including a regular shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, with on-call support responsibilities.

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, working with both front-end applications and backend systems. Your duties will include gathering log files, querying databases, updating system fields, and ensuring smooth server operations.
