Description For Technical Analyst 1-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 1-Support to join their Support organization. This entry-level position focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. As a primary point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for resolving both technical and non-technical inquiries through phone and electronic channels. The role involves working with Oracle's Electronic Support Services, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with up to 2 years of experience, possessing strong English communication skills. You'll work in either Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India, providing first-level support to Oracle's diverse customer base, including OEMs and VARs. Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 1-Support

  • Provide level one support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines
  • Serve as technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs
  • Resolve problems related to installation, maintenance and use of Oracle products
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support

Requirements For Technical Analyst 1-Support

  • 0-2+ years of experience
  • English language proficiency (read, write, and speak)
  • Graduate level education
