Description For Technical Analyst 1-Support

Oracle University Global Business Solutions is seeking a Technical Analyst to support their Learning Management System (LMS) environment. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position involves managing the daily operations of the LMS at both organizational and systems-specific levels, working directly under the Digital Learning Support Manager. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, managing training events, and maintaining system documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with learning technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in US time zones. Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 1-Support

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Handle technical questions regarding Digital Learning products and services
  • Participate in content development and evaluation initiatives
  • Create and manage training events
  • Create/execute test plans
  • Log and track enhancement requests/bugs
  • Create/revise OU Online administration procedures and guides
  • Diagnose and solve customer support issues
  • Set user privileges and manage permissions

Requirements For Technical Analyst 1-Support

Java
  • 2-3 years experience in technology-based training and online learning solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies and training content integration
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Technologies (RDBMS) desired
  • Knowledge of Java Technologies desired
  • Ability to work in US time zones
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with confidential information professionally
