This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position involves resolving both technical and non-technical customer inquiries, troubleshooting Electronic Support Services, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. As a primary point of contact, you'll facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide assistance on diverse customer situations. The role requires strong technical skills in Linux and SQL, with a focus on incident management and problem resolution. Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 2-Support

  • Provide technical support for internal tools/applications and processes
  • Proactively monitor system/application alarms
  • Investigate, analyze, resolve, or escalate alarms and service requests
  • Prioritize and manage work queue according to service level agreements
  • Document investigation and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot by gathering information, shadowing end users, testing workflows
  • Analyze log files and query tables
  • Serve as technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs

Requirements For Technical Analyst 2-Support

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Application Support and SQL
  • Good knowledge and hands-on Experience with Linux and SQL
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to remain calm and think clearly under high-pressure situations
  • Willing to work in shifts including night shifts
