Description For Technical Analyst 2-Support (SuiteCloud)

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 2-Support (SuiteCloud) to join their Support organization. As a member of the team, you'll focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The role involves resolving both technical and non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, particularly regarding NetSuite proprietary APIs and Electronic Support Services. You'll be working with customers ranging from non-technical resources to in-house developers, debugging code, and determining product defects. The position requires strong technical skills in Java, Python, and SQL, along with excellent troubleshooting abilities. You'll collaborate with multiple departments including QA, Professional Services, and Product Management to ensure fast turnaround while maintaining quality service.
