Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 3-Support

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Handle technical questions regarding use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support
  • Provide advice and assistance on diverse customer situations and escalated issues

Requirements For Technical Analyst 3-Support

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience
  • Understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms
  • Experience in multiple platforms
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • English language proficiency
