  • Conducting investigations on front-end applications

  • Shadowing end users and testing workflows

  • Server management

Requirements For Technical Analyst 3-Support

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information systems, software engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Readiness to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to work in different shifts and provide on-call support
  • English language proficiency
