The position requires 6-10+ years of experience and expertise in Big Data Appliance (BDA), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Hadoop technologies.
As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll be the technical interface to customers, OEMs, and VARs, handling complex problem resolution related to Oracle products. You'll need deep knowledge of multiple platforms and the ability to work independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, strong experience with Cloudera Hadoop architecture, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for managing service requests, contributing to knowledge management, and maintaining up-to-date product expertise.
