Technical Analyst 3-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 3-Support to join their Support organization. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base, particularly in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll systems. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle EBS and HCM domain, with strong expertise in payroll processes, especially for UK/US localizations. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Fusion technologies.

The role involves working with Oracle HCM Functional Modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits. Technical skills required include proficiency in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, and data loading tools. The position demands strong troubleshooting abilities and deep knowledge of tax systems and statutory norms.
