Technical Analyst 4-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 4-Support to join their Support organization. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. The position requires 6-10 years of IT project management experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

As a key member of the Support team, you'll be responsible for leading and executing functional initiatives with a primary focus on Release Management strategy. You'll work closely with global cross-functional teams to manage complex dependencies and ensure smooth transitions of release responsibilities. The role involves establishing scalable frameworks for project management, facilitating agile ceremonies, and building comprehensive reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in development product lifecycle and support processes, along with deep knowledge of Cerner/Oracle Health products. You'll be expected to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive results and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Oracle offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible vacation, and various other perks. The position is based in either Columbia, MD or Kansas City, MO.
