Description For Technical Analyst 4-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 4 for their Support organization to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. This role focuses on resolving both technical and non-technical customer inquiries through various channels, serving as a primary point of contact for customer relationships.

As a Principal Support Engineer, you will provide strategic technical support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The role involves creating and utilizing automated technology for diagnosis and resolution of customer issues. You'll be expected to be an expert in technical problem-solving, handling complex customer situations, and may require frequent on-site customer visits.

The position requires 6-10+ years of experience and expertise in Fusion SCM Cloud Support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as an individual contributor in a professional environment, with strong English language skills for communication.
