Description For Technical Analyst 4-Support

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 4-Support to join their Support organization. This role is a critical position focused on delivering exceptional customer support and solutions for Oracle's strategic products including PCA, C3, OLVM, and ZS Storage. As a Principal Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical problem-solving, working with enterprise customers to resolve complex issues and drive product quality improvements.

The position requires an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience who can serve as an expert member of the technical problem-solving team. Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 4-Support

  • Deliver closed loop support and solutions to Oracle customer base
  • Serve as customer advocate and primary point of contact
  • Provide advice and assistance on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
  • Focus on Strategic Account management
  • Drive product quality and Customer Escalation Management globally
  • Create/utilize automated technology for diagnosis and resolution of customer issues
  • Conduct on-site customer visits as needed

Requirements For Technical Analyst 4-Support

  • 10+ years of experience
  • English language proficiency (read, write, and speak)
  • Expert level technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with strategic products including PCA, C3, OLVM and ZS Storage
