Responsibilities For Technical Analyst 5-Support

  • Provide exceptional customer service, technical assistance, and training to internal and external customers
  • Assist customers with environments to connect to Oracle through Automatic Service Request workflow
  • Assess ticket priority and escalate as necessary
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner to meet metrics and SLAs
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer accounts and company systems
  • Monitor release notes for new/updated services and products
  • Participate in night, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation
  • Prepare evaluations of services and recommend improvements
  • Develop customer-facing and internal documentation
  • Communicate customer needs to leadership team

Requirements For Technical Analyst 5-Support

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
