Description For Technical Analyst

Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their Support organization. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position involves resolving both non-technical customer inquiries and technical questions regarding Oracle's Electronic Support Services through phone and electronic communication channels.

As a Technical Analyst, you'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships between customers and Support teams. You'll also provide valuable advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. This role requires 0-2+ years of experience and offers an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading cloud solution providers.
