As a Technical Analyst Support, you'll be responsible for providing detailed Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to customers, ensuring they understand service disruptions and have confidence in our preventive measures.   • Provide meaningful Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to customers
  • Offer detailed review of service disruptions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance production, services, and processes
  • Understand customers' critical situations and provide appropriate responses
  • Mobilize organizational resources while setting realistic expectations for customers

Requirements For Technical Analyst Support

  • Hands-on experience in developing objects using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and WebLogic administration skills
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OCI architecture
  • Solid hands-on experience in Middleware environment administration
  • Strong DBA performance tuning skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent competency in written and oral English communication
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience
