Responsibilities For Technical Operations Engineer

  • Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize OCI Cloud Infrastructure
  • Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues
  • Lead problem management cases and provide management status
  • Coordinate escalated support cases and lead technical resources to resolution
  • Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching
  • Work on standardization projects for hardware and software under Oracle technology stack
  • Provide on-call support on a rotating basis

Requirements For Technical Operations Engineer

  • US Government active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with willingness to get polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute and Virtualization
  • Experience participating in or running incident bridges
  • Customer focus, passion for delighting customers
  • Demonstrable ability to quickly learn new technical disciplines and train others
