Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager

  • Manage complex global programs and projects end-to-end in a highly matrix organization
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of project activities for the software assurance team
  • Create iteration work plans with input from various technical teams
  • Work with stakeholders and technical leads to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks
  • Track work progresses and create audience-appropriate status reporting
  • Develop and maintain agile board(s), Jira issues and Confluence pages
  • Drive on-schedule project outcomes
  • Mentor project team members and peers and lead using influence

Requirements For Technical Program Manager

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or related discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management
  • 5+ years leading complex technical/engineering programs in Cloud or Mobile applications or Security Research
  • Experience in managing cloud-based projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Expertise with tools Jira, Confluence
  • PMP or other Project/Program Management industry certification(s)
  • Cloud Certification(s) (OCI)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
