Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager
- Manage complex global programs and projects end-to-end in a highly matrix organization
- Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of project activities for the software assurance team
- Create iteration work plans with input from various technical teams
- Work with stakeholders and technical leads to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks
- Track work progresses and create audience-appropriate status reporting
- Develop and maintain agile board(s), Jira issues and Confluence pages
- Drive on-schedule project outcomes
- Mentor project team members and peers and lead using influence
Requirements For Technical Program Manager
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management
- 5+ years leading complex technical/engineering programs in Cloud or Mobile applications or Security Research
- Experience in managing cloud-based projects
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Expertise with tools Jira, Confluence
- PMP or other Project/Program Management industry certification(s)
- Cloud Certification(s) (OCI)
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
