Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer Intern (Middleware) - Corporate Architecture
- Communicate with customers regarding technical problem solutions
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution
- Educate customers through the problem-solving process
- Adopt Oracle diagnostic methodology & procedures
- Collaborate on cross-team technical issues
- Contribute written articles to Oracle's Solution Knowledge base
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle products
- Work independently researching and developing solutions
Requirements For Technical Support Engineer Intern (Middleware) - Corporate Architecture
- Will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Completed at least sophomore year by summer 2025
- Currently enrolled in a university in the US
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025
- Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms, ML and AI
- Knowledge of programming languages: Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, MacOS, and Network Architecture
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
