Description For User Experience Developer 1-ProdDev

Oracle America, Inc. is seeking a User Experience Developer 1 to join their Product Development team in Austin, TX. This role represents an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of Oracle's innovative cloud solutions.

As a UX Developer, you'll be responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes that support evolving hardware and software applications. You'll work as part of the User Experience team, where you'll analyze user needs and apply software design and usability processes to develop effective software solutions. This role combines technical expertise with user-centered design principles to create intuitive and efficient products.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field. You'll be involved in both qualitative and quantitative research, managing research projects across multiple product areas, and translating research findings into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include executing research with data synthesis, applying frameworks for holistic analysis of customer experiences, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
