UX Manager

We're looking for a Manager of Experience Design to join our Product and Services Group at Oracle NetSuite. As a key member of the team, you'll lead a distributed team of designers while being part of the larger global User Experience team. You'll be responsible for providing guidance on design and research processes, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers
• Manage hiring processes for new employees
• Plan and execute design and user research projects
• Produce high-quality design deliverables
• Present design alternatives and communicate rationale effectively
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in UX/UI design
• 1+ year of experience leading a design team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with remote team management
• Background in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, or related field
• Experience in planning and executing customer research
