Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Collaborate with Founder/CTO to design and implement AI-agent-driven software engineering process
- Evaluate current software stack to identify context and optimizations for enhancing LLM responses
- Develop strategy to integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle
- Lead training sessions for the engineering team
- Scale implementation of LLM/Agent-driven processes across the software stack
Requirements For AI Engineer
- Must be located in NYC and willing to work from Flatiron office 5 days a week
- Expert in prompt engineering with models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of language models
