As an AI Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO in the Flatiron office in NYC to transform the productivity of the engineering team through AI integration. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-agent-driven software processes, optimizing LLM responses, and scaling AI adoption across the organization.

You'll be at the forefront of AI integration in blockchain technology, working with a stack that includes Rust, TypeScript, and various blockchain technologies. The position requires deep expertise in prompt engineering, particularly with advanced models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and a strong vision for the future of AI in software development.

The company offers competitive compensation ($175,000-$220,000 USDC) plus significant token allocation (50,000-100,000 ORCA tokens over 4 years), along with various benefits including home office and wellness stipends. The role demands physical presence in the NYC office, offering direct collaboration with leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of decentralized finance.

Orca's hiring process is efficient and transparent, consisting of an initial screen, CTO round, and technical interviews. They're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for AI advancement and blockchain technology. This is an opportunity to join a company that's not just building another product, but reshaping the foundation of finance itself.
