As a Lead SET, you'll manage and mentor a dynamic team while driving test automation excellence. The role demands leadership in fostering quality culture, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with engineering managers and Quality Engineering leadership to deliver scalable solutions meeting the highest technical standards.
We serve major clients including Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Universal Music Publishing Group. Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer in Test
- Lead and support SETs in the execution of testing responsibilities
- Coordinate quality initiatives with engineering managers
- Enforce testing standards, methodologies, and processes
- Track quality metrics and report team performance
- Lead initiatives to improve quality processes and optimize automation frameworks
- Provide mentorship and skill development for team members
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer in Test
- 6+ years in software testing and quality assurance
- Extensive experience in software testing and automation with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Proven ability to manage and mentor team members
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in establishing testing standards, processes, and tools within teams
- Strong in working with CI/CD systems and integrating automated tests
