This role is crucial in maintaining the operational stability of their Exchange, OTC & Brokerage, Blockchain, and Wallet capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supporting commercial enterprise products and strong incident management skills. They will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams including infrastructure, development, security, and trading. The role involves managing technology-related incidents, ensuring platform quality, and maintaining SOPs. Experience with trading platforms, data analysis tools, and various programming languages is required. Responsibilities For Service Delivery Engineer
- Support and maintain 24x7 cryptocurrency business operations including Exchange, OTC & Brokerage, Blockchain, Wallet capabilities
- Manage technology-related incidents and provide professional communication
- Ensure platform quality and consistency through established processes and SOPs
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams for operational excellence
- Handle Level 2 escalations and non-development activities
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide proactive monitoring and system maintenance
Requirements For Service Delivery Engineer
- 3-5 years experience in supporting commercial enterprise products
- Strong experience in incident management and ITIL service management practices
- Experience with trading platforms and ability to read FIX Protocol log messages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools like ELK, InfluxDB, Grafana
- Experience working in regulated and audited environments
- Knowledge of information security and compliance standards
- Experience with application services and databases
- Scripting and automation skills
