Full-Stack Senior Engineer - Product Led Growth

Outdoorsy, a leader in outdoor travel since 2015, is seeking a Full-Stack Senior Engineer for Product Led Growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a passion for technology and innovation, especially in travel and exploration. You'll work across the entire stack, from developing new components for our Design System to building geolocation Go APIs. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Design teams, developing maintainable software, drafting architectural plans, mentoring team members, and influencing the technical direction of the organization.

Key qualifications include:

• Fluency in modern database and persistence technologies
• Experience with generative AI programming solutions
• Cloud services and systems expertise
• Proficiency in modern Javascript frameworks like React
• Skill in designing, building, and maintaining services and APIs using Go
• Prior experience with two-sided marketplaces at scale
