Senior Software Engineer, IAM (Frontend)

Outreach is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Governance Platform team, focusing on frontend development for their IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems. This role is crucial in protecting customer data while providing flexible access control solutions. As part of a rapidly growing AI Sales Execution Platform serving over 6,000 customers, you'll work on developing secure, scalable solutions that enable customers to model their diverse access control and data-collaboration needs.

The position requires a strong foundation in frontend development, with expertise in modern frameworks and technologies. You'll collaborate closely with Product and InfoSec teams to design and implement governance solutions that maintain the delicate balance between security and usability. The role offers an opportunity to work on challenging problems at scale, directly impacting how customers interact with and secure their data within the Outreach platform.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $126,000 to $180,000 annually, with additional benefits including comprehensive healthcare, flexible time off, and 401k.
