Senior Staff Software Engineer, Conversational Intelligence (Front-End)

Outreach, a leading AI-powered sales engagement platform, is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their Conversation Intelligence Team. This role is at the forefront of building AI-assisted voice calling and meeting features that serve over 10 million calls and 2 million meetings monthly.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work on real-time communications features that are inherently complex, state-heavy, and integrate extensively with third-party services. You'll be working with Outreach Kaia (Knowledge AI Assistant), building intelligent features that make conducting calls and meetings simple, intuitive, and reliable for sales teams.

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you'll architect and lead the development of features that leverage machine learning and NLP to provide real-time insights during customer conversations. You'll work closely with customers, applied scientists, and product managers to shape the future of conversational intelligence in sales engagement.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in frontend technologies, cloud services, and AI/ML integration. You'll be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive revenue efficiency for customers.
