Back-End Web Developer

Outsight is a fast-growing leader in the field of 3D Edge AI software, with 73 patents filed and customers worldwide. They develop software solutions that track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data for transportation hubs, sport venues, road infrastructures, and industrial sites.

As a Back-End Web Developer at Outsight, you'll be responsible for making their product shine through neat user interfaces and trailblazing 3D visualizations. You'll work on various levels, including conceiving an embedded web application to configure and visualize Tracking and SLAM algorithms, building a full stack application to store tracking results and compute key statistic indicators, and developing a full stack application to support the field application team and clients during deployment steps.

Your main responsibilities will include working closely with Product teams to refine new EPICs, developing sustainable backend applications with authentication and storage systems, and ensuring quality through unit and integration tests with Jest.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in computer science or a related field, 3+ years of experience in backend development with JavaScript, and experience with Express and TypeScript. You'll be working with a tech stack that includes ExpressJS, Python, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis on the backend.
