Senior Data Engineer (Reasoning ML)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and curating datasets for training and evaluating ML planner components
• Building effective data analysis tools
• Working on ML model development and evaluation
• Developing and deploying state-of-the-art data pipelines for machine learning models
• Designing and implementing metrics for model validation and continuous monitoring
• Leveraging the Oxa Metadriver™ platform for synthetic data generation and training
• Building cloud tooling and infrastructure for experimentation, evaluation, and deployment workflows
• Collaborating with team members across the business
• Contributing to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring junior engineers

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with production ML pipelines
• Fluency in Python and data analysis libraries
• Proven record of leading and delivering projects
• Effective technical communication and leadership skills
