OZ Digital is seeking an AI Developer with expertise in generative artificial intelligence to join their innovative team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions using generative models, particularly leveraging Azure OpenAI to solve complex business problems.
As an AI Developer at OZ Digital, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing web solutions based on generative AI, working with models such as GPT-4, Llama, and Phi3.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions.
- Utilizing orchestrators like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Implementing the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pattern to optimize the accuracy of generative responses.
- Deploying and optimizing solutions on Azure OpenAI, using services such as Prompt Flow, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Web App.
- Applying RAG patterns using AI Search, CosmosDB, or Azure SQL to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborating with product, data, and technology teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Testing, optimizing, and continuously refining generative models in production.

Responsibilities For AI Developer (Generative AI & Azure OpenAI Focus)
- Create and implement solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and other advanced tools
- Deploy and optimize solutions on Azure OpenAI
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns
- Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams
- Test, optimize, and continuously refine generative models in production
Requirements For AI Developer (Generative AI & Azure OpenAI Focus)
- Upper-intermediate English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as an AI Developer or similar position
- In-depth experience with generative models like GPT-4, Llama, Phi3, including fine-tuning and customization
- Experience in natural language processing and text generation patterns
- Experience with RAG patterns for language models
- Experience using Function Calling, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Studio, or Azure Open AI Studio
- Advanced proficiency in Python, along with knowledge of web development (e.g., React)
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services (AI Search, Document Intelligence)
- Experience with Azure WebApps and Azure Functions
- Basic knowledge of GitHub Actions
- Advanced Python development skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of Azure environments, especially AI-related services (preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
