Platform Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Platform Engineer for their Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As part of Palantir's best-in-class Information Security organization, you will design, build, and run secure-by-design identity infrastructure and tooling. Your role will involve making it easier and more secure to implement identity governance and access management for Palantirians and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing automation for corporate and customer-facing identity platforms across multiple compliance boundaries
• Building, securing, and managing geo-redundant systems and services in AWS and Azure
• Scaling Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across multiple Entra ID tenants
• Building tooling for operational workflows in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Implementing emerging authentication protocols
• Collaborating with Security Compliance Engineers

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or equivalent
• Expertise in identity protocols and managing identities on platforms like Entra ID, AWS Cognito, Okta
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code frameworks
• Willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance
