Description For Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer - Customer Success

Palantir is seeking a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer to join their Customer Success team. This role involves supporting and guiding customer development teams in building and optimizing workflows on Palantir's Foundry & AIP Platforms. You'll be responsible for responding to support requests, providing guidance, building tools to enhance enablement operations, collaborating with Product Development teams, and participating in on-call rotations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role. Key responsibilities include triaging support requests, unblocking customer workflows, building with Foundry and AIP, collaborating with various teams, and taking ownership of critical issues. The role requires continuous learning, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Spark, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript. Responsibilities For Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer - Customer Success

  • Respond to and triage incoming support requests from internal and external teams
  • Provide guidance to customer engineers and unblock their workflows on Palantir's platform
  • Build with Foundry and AIP to enhance enablement operations
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to tackle workflow problems and resolve product issues
  • Partner with Business teams to understand and meet customer needs
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical customer-facing incidents
  • Take ownership as the first responder when issues arise

  • Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM OR equivalent relevant practical experience in a technical or engineering role
  • Ability to continuously learn and work independently
