Responsibilities For Support Engineer - US Government

  • Onboard new users and provide end user support
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for all technologies (Windows desktop/server, Linux, VOIP, VTC, etc.)
  • Support technical and logistical operations of facilities and participate in on-call rotation
  • Work with and manage Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI
  • Ensure compliance of Information Assurance (IA) policies
  • Maintain how-to guides on internal Wiki
  • Improve user workstation experiences through OS and application optimizations

Requirements For Support Engineer - US Government

Linux
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Windows user support
  • Coding/scripting proficiency in at least one language
  • Active US DoD Secret or higher Security Clearance
  • Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirements
  • Able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet for up to 8 hours per day
