Responsibilities For Windows Systems Engineer - US Government
- Architect, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Servers/workstation configurations
- Working with and Managing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Ensure compliance of Information Assurance (IA) policies
- Improve user workstation experiences through optimizations and automation
- Automate and deploy OS/Security/Application patches
- Apply modern configuration management practices
- Monitor and measure workstation performance
Requirements For Windows Systems Engineer - US Government
- 3+ years hands-on experience Windows platform management at scale
- Ability to leverage Secure Host Baseline
- Extensive knowledge of workstation management tooling such as SCCM
- Coding/scripting fluency in at least one language
- Experience with information security frameworks
- Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, and PKI
- Comfortable with modern configuration management tooling
- Active US DOD Secret or Higher Security Clearance
