Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

PALO IT is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to join our global team. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high volume, low latency applications for mission-critical systems. You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle, from understanding business needs to deployment and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex projects from conception to launch
• Writing high-quality, well-tested code
• Designing innovative solutions aligned with business goals
• Collaborating across teams and influencing technological decisions
• Mentoring junior team members and setting coding standards
• Proactively addressing technical debt and proposing improvements
• Supporting deployments and ongoing application maintenance

We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, proficient in both frontend (Angular, HTML, CSS) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technical excellence, and alignment with our values of doing the right thing, caring for others, and continuous improvement.
