Parallel Wireless is seeking an AI Engineer to join their R&D team developing AI-driven optimization solutions for cellular networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML/AI applications, with a focus on optimization. You'll be responsible for defining AI/ML-based algorithms, developing proofs of concept, and integrating these solutions into the company's products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being part of an R&D team that develops AI-driven optimization solutions
- Defining AI/ML-based algorithms based on available data
- Developing PoCs for defined algorithms on a small scale
- Integrating developed algorithms into company products
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- Proven experience in ML/AI applications, preferably in optimization
- Proficiency in Linux environments and command-line interfaces
- Familiarity with Python or other common programming languages
- Understanding of software and hardware interactions
- Experience developing and integrating AI/ML applications in real-life systems
- Ability to design data engineering needs for implementation
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in MNO engineering departments
- Knowledge of cellular networks
- Familiarity with RAG and LLM
- Experience with C, C++, Java, Go, Perl, Ruby, or Bash
